Summer fruits are not just super refreshing and beneficial for our body from the inside, they can benefit our body from the outside too. Pick your favourite one- banana, mango, avocado or papaya. Mash the pulp of one fruit, add a tablespoon honey to it and ground oatmeal for the grainy texture of a scrub. Use it as a body scrub 2-3 times a week.
These fruits are rich in vitamins and minerals like vitamin A, manganese, iron etc and provide nourishment along with an exfoliating effect.

2. Banana and sugar

Grind orange peels dried in the shade and add ample amount of milk to it to form a smooth paste. The paste should neither be too runny nor too thick. Massage this paste on the affected areas in circular motions for 5 minutes and let it stay for 10 minutes. Rinse it with cool water and pat dry. Repeat this 2-3 times a week and you will see your tan reducing.

Scrubbing is a great way to rejuvenate your skin, and doing it with natural ingredients enhances its effectiveness. But you must take care of a few points while indulging yourself into this.

  •  You must take care not to rub vigorously, scrub your skin gently with these scrubs and rinse with lukewarm water.
  • Your skin becomes sensitive post scrubbing, so avoid going in the sun as far as possible.
  • Don’t overdo the scrubbing. It should be done once or at most twice a week.
  • Scrubbing is definitely not something to be done on a daily basis.
  • Avoid scrubbing in areas with cracked or chapped skin and around open cuts or wounds.
